An ambitious project that has become real and with an exquisite flavor. Scolabear is a top-fermented, non-microfiltered and non-pasteurized craft beer.
It is easy to drink thanks to its balance and slim body.
The skilful selection of hops, grown in Castelbianco, in the Ligurian hinterland, directly from the Azienda Agricola Scola, gives a citrus aroma characterized by a slightly bitter final note, which enhances the body and taste, thus combining the Belgian tradition with modern hopping. !
It is certainly something unexpected to find a hops grove in the Pennavaira valley ... a bit like finding yourself in front of a bear 15 minutes from the sea #scolabear #naturalmente_scola
